| Our factory in Medan Indonesia is ISO 9001 certified. Thorough quality control is conducted after each phase in production. Every time components are handed over to the next department, they are carefully checked before work continues! As products are lining up days before loading a container, our outside Quality Control [QC] person arrives and goes through every single product. Furniture is checked for color matching, moisture content, smoothness and overall finish quality. Upon the final approval of the QC inspector, products are boxed and loaded on a container. |
